Why we publish this
AI search is changing fast enough that anything written six months ago is partly stale, and the commentary around it swings between "SEO is dead" and "nothing has changed." Neither is accurate. These notes are an attempt to track what's actually observable.

What we won't do
Publish a dramatic traffic-collapse statistic without a source and a methodology. There's a lot of that circulating, and much of it doesn't survive checking.
