[OBSERVATIONAL RIGOR] Β· MONTHLY PUBLIC AUDITS

Public SEO Teardowns

Every month we pick a real, public website and audit it the same way we'd audit a client's site β€” then publish the entire finding. Not a highlight reel, the actual analysis, including places where we'd genuinely leave something alone rather than change it just to look thorough.

WHY WE DO THIS INSTEAD OF FAKE CASE STUDIES

Case studies are easy to cherry-pick and hard to verify β€” a percentage improvement without underlying context tells you very little. A teardown is harder to fake: you can see our actual reasoning, check it against the site yourself, and judge whether our thinking holds up.

It's also, frankly, a better way for you to evaluate an SEO provider than reading testimonials, since you're watching us think rather than reading a claim.

AUDIT TAXONOMY

What each teardown covers

CRITERION 01

Technical health

Crawlability, indexation status, Core Web Vitals performance, and rendering depth.

CRITERION 02

Content and keyword targeting

Assessment of search intent alignment and internal cannibalization risks.

CRITERION 03

What we'd prioritize first, and why

Strategic ROI ranking including explicit trade-offs and resource allocation.

CRITERION 04

What we'd explicitly NOT touch

Clear reasoning on which existing systems are working and should be preserved.

A note on selection

We pick publicly accessible sites and focus the analysis on structural, publicly observable issues (not private data we wouldn't have access to). If we ever teardown a site whose owner objects to the specific framing, we're happy to hear from them β€” reach out via contact.

Want your own?

A teardown format walkthrough is illustrative, not a substitute for a full audit of your specific site.
